Overview of YOOLE Limited Product Warranty

All YOOLE products, except for accessories, have at least a twenty-four (24) month limited product warranty, valid from the date of purchase. If your YOOLE product has a defect in workmanship or material within the warranty period, we will deliver an identical or comparable product to you free of charge or will provide some other remedy, as described below.

 

Warranty Duration

The duration of YOOLE limited product warranty varies by specific product.

The warranty for any dryer applies for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase if the product is defective in workmanship or materials.

There is no limited product warranty on accessories.

 

Scope and Applicability of Warranty

This warranty is available to consumers only. You are a consumer if you own a YOOLE product that was purchased at retail for personal, family, or household use.

YOOLE warrants that our products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for normal home use for the applicable warranty period. This warranty applies only to authentic YOOLE products. The best way to ensure that you have a genuine YOOLE product is to buy the product from an authorized YOOLE retailer.

 

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover products damaged by any of the following:

1. Misuse or abuse, such as dropping of products, cord cutting, or failure to follow operating instructions or cleaning instructions enclosed in product packaging;
2. Tampering, such as repair or attempted repair;
3. Use with unauthorized accessories;
4. Alteration of products;
5. Servicing by unauthorized persons that results in damage to the product;
6. Use of electric power delivered at the incorrect frequency or voltage.

  

Types of Warranty Service

If the warranty applies and the product is within the applicable warranty period, YOOLE will typically replace components or replace the product entirely, at no additional charge to the consumer.

YOOLE reserves the right to require that the product be returned to YOOLE for inspection; however, YOOLE may in its discretion decide that a return is unnecessary. All returned or exchanged products or components will become the property of YOOLE. Repaired, cleaned, or replaced products or their parts will be warranted by YOOLE for the balance of the original warranty period.

If YOOLE elects to provide a replacement product, YOOLE may either supply a new product from existing inventory or a fully inspected, cleaned, and tested pre-owned product.

In the unlikely event that replacement parts or replacement products are not available, YOOLE may, in its discretion, either deliver to the consumer a reasonably similar product or provide reimbursement of the original purchase price, adjusted for the period of use. Either of these options shall be in full satisfaction of YOOLE’s obligation under the original warranty.

 

Additional Exclusions and Limitations on Liability

CONSUMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE AS PROVIDED BY THE PROVISIONS, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS HEREOF.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID: (1) IF THE PRODUCT IS PURCHASED FROM AN AUTHORIZED SELLER OF YOOLE PRODUCTS AND (2) IF THE ORIGINAL SERIAL NUMBER ON THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN REMOVED OR OTHERWISE TAMPERED WITH.

It is understood and agreed by the consumer upon purchase of a YOOLE product that, except as expressly stated in this limited warranty, YOOLE is not making, and has not made, any warranties or representations of any kind or character, express or implied, with respect to the product, including but not limited to any warranties or representations as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPLICABLE PERIOD of this written limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

IN NO EVENT SHALL YOOLE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Some states do not allow the exclusion of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

 

Severability

If any provisions of this warranty are found by a court or regulatory agency of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the warranty will continue in full force and effect.
