2. What is the warranty policy?
The warranty policy for YOOLE High-Speed Hair Dryer is valid for two years as of the date of your purchase and permits free exchanges of the product you purchased (shipping costs not included) excluding but not limited to the following scenarios:
1. Damage caused by failure to use, maintain, and store according to the product manual requirements
2. Damage caused by improper operation (such as cleaning the product), abnormal power supply, transportation, and other force majeure
3. Damage caused by repairs or modification not approved by our company
4. Damage caused by other force majeure factors (such as lighting, earthquake, fire, flood, etc.)
5. Damage caused by non household or personal use (such as industrial or commercial use)
6. Product aging, wear & tear, etc. caused by normal use
3. How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders typically take 5-7 business days to arrive. International deliveries can take up to 16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your purchase confirmation email.
