What is the warranty policy?
The after-sales service content of YOOLE high-speed hair dryer products is as follows:
The warranty policy (within the 2-year validity period) allows you to enjoy free services in accordance with this regulation.
Free services cannot be obtained in the following situations:
1. Damage caused by failure to use, maintain, and storeaccording to the product manual requirements.
2. Damage caused by improper operation (such as cleaning the product), abnormal power supply, transportation, and other force majeure.
3. Damage caused by repairs or modification not approved by our company.
4. Damage caused by other force majeure factors (such as lighting, earthquake, fire, flood, etc.).
Damage caused by non household or personal use (such as industrial or commercial use);
5. Product aging, wear, etc. caused by normal use.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
